I have been in the Oil trading industry for over 28 year. The last 10 years with SOCAR. Most of my career has been as a trader but in the past 5 year it shifted to management. This last part of my career has been challenging and very stimulating. From concentrating on markets, price fluctuations and arbitrage opportunities now the focus has moved towards medium to long term goals and managing people. I thank SOCAR for the trust and opportunity shown. The current working environment and development offered by the company is impressive and I believe the group can still grow and be a leading trading house in the years to come.
